Refund policy

At Frosst Black Hobbies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here's how our return and refund process works:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund.
• Products must be in original condition - unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.

Return Process

• Email us at sales@frosstblackhobbies.ca with your order number and reason for the return.
• We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
• Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund, less restocking fee, will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

• Any unsealed items such as model kit accessories, tools, lighting kits paints and trading cards.
• Sale items / clearance
