Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Frosst Black Hobbies. Here is our current shipping policy:

Shipping destinations
Shipping within Canada.

Order processing time 
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If you order after 2pm MST, we'll process it the next business day. 

Shipping methods & costs
Rates shown at checkout are based on the shipping address and the order’s weight and dimensions.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over CAD $250.
We off free 2 day delivery within Calgary,AB (only to postal codes starting with T1*, T2* and T3*)

Canada Post, Purolator

Delivery time frames
Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–10 business days once shipped.
Expedited shipping: 2-7 business days once shipped

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available for the chosen shipping method).

Delays
Occasionally, delays may happen due to weather, customs, or carrier issues which may cause changes to delivery dates. We will provide prompt communication if there are unforeseen delays.

Lost or damaged items 
Frosst Black Hobbies takes great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for any loss, delays, or damage that may occur during transit. Any issues related to shipping damage or missing packages must be reported directly to the carrier.
